Annual Renewal Fees

As stipulated in the SAFReC Constitution, Annual Membership Fees must be paid by each Chaplain no later than 1 March of each year.

Pay Your Annual Fee
Rights of Fully Paid-Up Members

Rental of the SAFReC Badge of Authority.
Carry the official SAFReC ID Card.
Wear the official SAFReC uniform.
Operate on designated SAFReC communication platforms.

Non-Renewal of Membership Fees

When Membership fees are not renewed:
Membership will be suspended until payment is received.
Prolonged non-payment may result in permanent termination of membership.

    • Black tie, belt, pants, and shoes
    • Name tag, Pastor pin, shoulder lanyard
    • Sleeves for epaulettes
  • Insignia:
    Chaplain rank, Protea Gotgets (certain ranks), shoulder flashes, badge, tie pin (optional)

  • The dress code and insignia must remain as specified in the official dress code, with the only exception being short sleeves.

    •Short sleeves replace long sleeves.

    •Day-to-day office wear
    •Working sessions and semi-formal functions
